Who is Who?

Greyshirt
A mysterious gentleman, masked with a red kerchief and wearing chainmail, who's teaming up with the police to fight crime in Indigo City. Before he had started that career, he was a jewel thief called Franky Lafayette. Franky is believed to be dead since an explosion some years ago. Greyshirt is, in most cases, not the central figure of the stories. They are focused on other characters but Greyshirt is always involved.

Rockefeller Patel
"The Buddha of Indigo City" - we don't know much about him. This little man looks like a Buddha. After the explosion incident, Franky Lafayette awakes in his flat and stays there. Maybe Rockefeller is a parody or reference to another comic book character - any ideas?
