JACK B. QUICK: Why the Long Face?
This is the old story of aliens abducting humans, but told the other way round: when Jack is anticipating an alien invasion, he's prepared - he kidnaps one of the aliens and forces them to do an exchange of hostages. And the aliens let Glenn Miller out!

I expected a better Jack B. Quick story after his long absence from Tomorrow Stories, but after all this is not bad.

Greyshirt remembers Lapis Lazuli, a beautiful emerald blue lady, and his special relationship with her.

Alongside George W. Bush and Al Gore, F.A. is the third candidate at the U.S. presidential election - and he gets the vote! However, due to total incompetence he is kicked out of the oval office just a few days later.

A nice joke about the elections in 2000 with its ridiculous recount in Florida.

COBWEB of the Future!
A message from Cobweb who has been beamed to the year 40,000,000. She tells about life in the distant future: wandering cities, "fat naked old man suits", sex with trading cards...
