#17: Ant Fugue!

Plot Summary:
Part two of a three-part-story.
Tom and Coleman Grey (aka the Space Cowboy) are gathering companions who can help them when the attack of the alien ants will come. Coleman brings five of his old friends from his home into the game, Tom engages Svetlana X (see TSTT #2) and visits his old foe Modular Man (see #2) on Venus. He promises to intervene, if the aliens should pass his planet. Tom is also visiting a third person who remains unnaimed yet.
The whole group departs into space, using Tom's hypersaucer and Coleman's spacehorses. Only Pneuman the robot and the young members of Toms fanclub, the 'Strongmen of America', remain in the Stronghold. The kids discover another spacehorse that was left behind and of course, they want to go to space, too. Unfortunately, they are caught by the alien ship's gravitation field and are sucked into the ship.
Comments:
The Strongmen (Timmy Turbo, the Funt twins and their friends) are the stars of this issue. As always, they bring a good portion of humour to the book. The subplot of the love story between Val Var and Tesla does continue in the background.
