Plot summary:
This is the first Tom Strong issue without Alan Moore. Peter Hogan (Terra Obscura, The Many Worlds of Tesla Strong) helps out as a guest writer for two issues.

Tom, Tesla, her boyfriend Val Var and Svetlana X visit the moon, where Svetlana's husband Dimi was recently lost. Tom remembers his first journey to the moon in the 1940s, when he had a strange encounter with some bat-folks living on the moon and being very seductive. Until now, Tom has thought that this encounter was actually a dream, but now he meets these beings again...

Comments:
It's a pity when a comic series is doing idea-recycling after only 23 issues. Almost every element in here (all but the moon setting) was previously seen in this book: flashbacks, jokes about poor language skills, Tom's illegitimate children... All this is is re-used by Hogan, but without surprises, without clever ideas and without Moore's snappy humour. It seems to me that the nostalgic concept of this book is worn out and maybe it's time to cancel the series soon before it gets too boring
